Little Movers (adult and child):

Little Movers and Creative Movement & Expressions Classes

This class encourages your little ones to dance and move with Parent/Guardian involvement. Parents or guardians are encouraged to join in as the instructor leads the class through different basic movements with influences in yoga, modern dance, ballet and more. This class is 30 minutes in length. Best for ages 18 months and up. If younger than 18 months the parent must fully support child throughout the class.

Instructor Elizabeth Andrews

Taking place right after the Little Movers class, the same instructor helps the toddler group to explore art and dance. She will begin the class with either a small artistic element, fun lesson and demonstration, and then lead your little one through a creative expression and movement of that art-piece. This class helps kids open up and learn how to express themselves in productive and positive ways – while also having fun! Best for ages 2 – 5.

The Dragon’s Way: 

Weight Loss and Stress Management

Dragon’s Way is a journey to wellness by rebalancing the body and sharpening the person’s intuition. The course is a six-week wellness program based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, one of the oldest holistic medical systems in the world. The Dragon’s Way is for anyone who is serious about getting well and staying well. This program treats the whole person by incorporating a daily Qigong practice, which allows the body, mind and spirit to function effectively as one interconnected holistic system. Qigong relieves Qi (energy) blockages and helps the body’s organ systems regain their balance and work in harmony (which is essential to lose weight effectively and keep it off for good). In class you will learn 10 simple yet powerful Wu Ming Qigong energy movements, an eating plan for health,and a framework for healthy lifestyle changes.

In this class, the instructor promotes exercise and movement while teaching students techniques from assorted martial arts. The class is semi instructional while also encouraging students to exercise through martial arts movements and general fitness training. Brendan has been practicing martial arts since grade school and has a black belt in taekwondo.  He has multiple years of experience in martial arts, primarily taekwondo but also boxing and brazilian jiu jitsu.
