Flexibility for Dancers & Figure Skaters
with Olga Karmansky Wilcox
Stretch into the leg extensions of your dreams, create magical lines, stabilize your ankles for crisp pirouettes, and harness the power of your full range of flexibility, all using a strength-based approach. Acquire flexibility skills such as over-splits, front and back needles, Y-scales, layouts, chest-stands, inversions, illusion spins, and spirals for figure skaters.

Intro to Stained Glass
w/ The Studio for the Art and Craft
Choose from all our designs - this intro class focuses on some of the key skills you need to create beautiful stained glass - particularly foiling, soldering, and cleaning. Sound Bathing
Sound Bath Experience
Third Thursday of every other month at 6:30 pm
A healing, relaxing, and meditative session facilitated through the use of various singing bowls, gong, drum and other ancient instrument. Participants will lay in a comfortable position for 1 hour while sound healing practitioners Brynn and Dan play different tones and frequencies on these various instruments, aided to balance and restore your physical and energetic body. Some but not all of the benefits may include deep relaxation, mental and emotional clarity, feelings of wellness and centeredness, and the opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level. The session is best experienced while lying down so you are encouraged but not required to bring any or all of the following, a yoga mat, a small blanket, a small pillow, an eye mask, and water.
