Calling all local, amateur musicians, bands, instrumentalists, and vocalists interested in sharing their talents, gaining more experience on the stage, and performing for an audience. The Kirkland Art Center is looking for 6 acts to perform on stage at our gallery in Clinton, NY.

Requirements:

1. Video Submission ( link )

2. Promo Photo ( hi-res, jpeg, png, etc. )

3. $10 Application Fee per act ( non- refundable ) via check, cash, online payment

4. Participants 18 and under, must include a signed permission slip with their submission. At least one Parent/ Guardian/ Chaperone will be required to attend each session with the participant on 8/23/24 until the end of the event.

Once chosen, YOU and 5 other acts will:

1. Have up to 15 minutes for the performance.

2. Be scored by a judge’s panel who will allocate scores in 4 main categories including Musicianship (25pts), Originality (25pts), Stage Presence (25pts) and Audience Votes (25pts).

3. A backline will be provided including PA, Mics, Cables etc.

4. Prizes will be awarded to winners.
